I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology that led me to my diverse graduate work, including psychology and research training. I also have an M.B.A. and have extensive experience in organization development. My certifications are in life coaching, life harmony coaching, and emotional intelligence coaching. Additionally, I have specialized training and credentials in executive functioning skills coaching. Most of my adult life has been devoted to studying behavioral, developmental, and neurological traits and processes.
I understand the challenges youth and students face when living with ADHD and other executive functioning differences. In particular, during the many years I worked in a corporate setting, I witnessed the profound impact ADHD and other executive functioning skills differences can have on employees. Undoubtedly, these challenges affect their careers, social networks, and self-esteem.
Educating school systems, workplace managers, and other leaders about executive functioning skills and the differences that can impact performance is critical to me. Without a doubt, familiarizing these leaders with the accommodations and tools needed to enhance a person’s experience can make a huge difference in academic and workplace settings.
Being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) myself, I am intimately familiar with the many challenges having high sensitivity and empathy can present. For this reason, I enjoy navigating the journey with other HSPs and leveraging the many gifts of sensitivity that allow us to shine.
My practice includes value-centered coaching that reduces anxiety and stress, provides purpose-driven direction and personal satisfaction, and deepens relationships. Therefore, I employ a diverse and eclectic mix of tools and strategies. In executive functioning skills coaching for adults and their loved ones living with ADHD and other challenges, I collaborate with my clients to create harmony in their daily living and decision making.
I am also an end-of-life doula and provide services to facilitate healthy end-of-life planning, advance directives support, and legacy work.
I am a devoted yoga practitioner and instructor.
